Q: I can’t log in to my account, my password is not working.
A: If this is your fist time logging into your VERSO account, the default password is “userpass.” If you have forgotten the password you created please call the library to have your password reset.
Q: I can only see part of the screen.
A: Some users will have to zoom out in their browser to see the entire box that pops up. (To zoom out press CTRL and – in most browsers or go to your browser menu)
Other:
-If you are using Internet Explorer and having trouble seeing the website properly please try FireFox or Google Chrome for better results.
-While VERSO can be used on a tablet or mobile device, for best results please use a computer.
